Customized Packages:

Schools or districts can also work with Mark and Chris to design their own customized package of services to meet their specific needs.  Such a package would include a series of workshops and building assessments.  Following is an example of what a customized package might look like:

1. Day 1:  Workshop #1:  Prevention Based Classroom Discipline Strategies
2. Day 2:  Workshop #3:  Powerful Building-wide Discipline Systems
3. Day 3:  Onsite assessment
4. Day 4:  Workshop #2:  Working with Our Most Challenging and Disruptive Students
5. Day 5:  Follow-up assessment to determine further needs and level to which discipline has been systematized.

Note:  It is recommended that a package similar to this would be paced so that Day 1 and Day 2 are in the summer or early fall, Day 3 assessment is late fall to early winter, Day 4 is winter or early spring, and Day 5 is late spring.

Any variation of this package can be developed in consultation with Mark and Chris

Working with individual teachers:  Mark and Chris are available to work with individual teachers regarding their classroom discipline.  This support may include making classroom observations of the teacher, reviewing the teacher's discipline plan, conferencing with the teacher regarding results of the observation and conferences, making specific recommendations regarding the teacher's discipline plan.  The number of days depends on the contract design.
